Cleaning for Strip, Sheet, and Plate // This process removes 95% of the rolling oils on steel and aluminium. Where this level of cleanliness is sufficient, no further cleaning is required.

This technology has matured into an effective, chemical-free cleaning process. High-temperature water applied at high pressures removes oils from the strip. A multi-stage system harvests the oil and separates it in a stand-by container. The water is filtered, reheated, and recirculated.

The process equipment consists of a high-pressure hot water spray unit removing 80+ percent of the surface oil. This process is supported by a filtration and oil removal water regeneration unit. This unit has a particle filter, and oil removal.
